➡️ *Next #3RD VISIT AUGUST 2025*
Service visits are to be completed every quarterly 3 months each visit interval.
AMC Service Notes:
1) $680 Full Evacuation Tune Up service done + $150 ODCU PowerJet Chem Wash, too much soil, feather, pigeon droppings on the ODCU heat exchanger & ledge area.
After completion, we managed to drop the gas pressure to 170psi from previous 185psi, lesser than before and stable with all rooms full coil, and compressor motor runs more silently and much smoother than before too.
Do take note of the BTU on MBR is only 9K BTU which is the same with the smaller common bedrooms, that's why the MBR takes longer time to cool and should have installed 12K BTU, its 1/3 more powerful than 9K which is just nice as the MBR is almost 1/3 larger than the common.
2) All AC Blower fan & Drain Pan restored as good as brand new
3) All AC drain lines cleared for water leak prevention
4) ODCU checked okay. Service & Gas Top-up not needed
