Hear this from me, a professional aircon man with over 10 years experience. Regular servicing is supposed to prevent the need of Chemical Wash, not the other way round.
If you have paid for their routine servicing, then the AC should work well, if it didn't and requires Chem Wash, then what's the point of the paid routine cleaning? 🤣🤣🤣
My customers are ones asking me: "Uncle Eric, why my aircons never need Chem Wash at all? Since 2019 until now, my aircons no need Chem Wash?"
My reply: "You had been with us all these years since day 1 brand new AC until today, they are still working as good as new, cuz every 3 months we do the best job of removing all those mild dirt buildup, so no need to do Chem Wash!"
